14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with BuildReels within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund within this window, email us at support@buildreels.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

After the 14-Day Window

Refunds are not provided for payments made after the 14-day guarantee period has elapsed. This includes:

  • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle
  • Charges for the current billing period if you cancel mid-month
  • Unused video credits within a billing period

When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

We may grant refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of:

  • Extended service outages (more than 48 hours) that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error
  • Unauthorized charges reported promptly

Free Plan

The Free plan involves no charges and therefore no refunds apply.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
